Hello and Welcome!


Hello and Welcome to our first post!
At heardatdmc we’ve got the latest happenings in the exciting world of DMC, which is Singapore Polytechnic’s awesome Diploma in Media and Communication. 
We’ve also got a great display of our students’ works, some of whom have created masterpieces of industry standard !  To add on to that, there will be regular guest blog entries, where students and alumni will be sharing about their life in and after DMC. Hopefully this will help you get a glimpse on what life here will be like.

If that doesn’t catch your fancy, fret not, for we have sections for people who just want to find out about the latest and interesting news and hot topics.

We’ve got a video section where cool videos will be uploaded, there’s also the Rants and Raves section where weekly reviews on the latest products, gadgets, movies and more will be posted up! So there’s definitely something here for everyone.



The First Student Organised Media Conference in Singapore
One exciting event that year 2 DMC students are organising is the upcoming inaugural SP Media and Communication Conference in February!

It’ll be an experience to remember for we have invited prominent speakers from  the industry sharing their thoughts on the future of media s There’ll also be hands-on workshops where you can find out how it is like in a typical DMC classroom! 
This is the first time that Diploma students are organising a week-long conference for the industry partners and secondary school students! We are proud to be part of this!
